My Name is Fady Hany, I have been in the field of fitness and nutrition for more than 17 years now. I was overweight once and went to a doctor who gave me the worst diet ever! Then I started thinking ..there must be a better way, I can’t live like that forever!
So, I decided to read (A LOT!) and since then I was fascinated by the science of nutrition.Accredited both locally and internationally, I’m a: Certified Nutritionist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Therapeutic Nutritionist, Eating Psychology Coach, Positive Psychology, CBT, NLP.
